Personal Assistant: Property team

About the role:

  • You’ll work closely with the property partners, associates and paralegals, taking ownership of a varied workload and ensuring matters run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Preparing billing and trust-related documents (receipts/statements)
  • Assisting with property searches and collating contracts using InfoTrack and Dye & Durham
  • Opening and closing files, including end-of-matter tasks
  • Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets for property developments

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or PA, open to backgrounds in any area of law
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using Affinity, InfoTrack and/or Dye & Durham (preferred but not essential)
