About the role:

  • Front-end/projects focus within a highly regarded procurement team
  • Advise on a broad range of project structures and contract forms, including:
  • PPP projects
  • D&C contracts (with/without ECI elements)
  • Managing contractor contracts
  • Services agreements
  • Australian Standard and other industry forms
  • Alliance contracts, access agreements, and other bespoke arrangements
  • Work on nationally significant projects involving complex commercial issues
  • Collaborate closely with market-leading lawyers in the projects space

The ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years PQE in front-end construction/projects
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience with a variety of construction & infrastructure contracts
  • Commercially focused with strong client management skills
  • Team player who thrives in a busy, high-performing environment
