About the role:

You’ll work on a mix of matters, including:

  • Major M&A transactions – both negotiated and regulated.
  • Equity capital raisings – IPOs and secondary offers.
  • Joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and restructures.
  • Corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Broader commercial advisory work for top-tier clients.

The ideal candidate:

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded, and client-focused lawyer with:

  • At least 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm.
  • Strong experience in public and/or private M&A, capital markets or private equity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
