About the role:

The ideal candidate:

  • 5–10+ years PAE in commercial/corporate law, ideally with top-tier or respected boutique experience
  • Solid background in M&A, structuring, and general commercial matters
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage matters autonomously
  • A genuine interest in the entertainment, creative, or cultural sectors
  • Experience in entertainment or IP law is valued but not essential
