About the role:

  • Newly created Legal Counsel position reporting to the General Counsel
  • Work across multiple business areas but mainly with the procurement team
  • Specifically get involved in managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements
  • And from time to time: property, employment, corporate governance and privacy

The ideal candidate:

  • Admitted to practice in NSW
  • 3 – 5 years’ PQE in private practice or in-house.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercially focused with strong legal acumen and a proactive approach.
