About the role:

• Opportunity for Senior Lawyers with an established practice of at least $300K
• Current practice areas of interest:

• NSW: Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Wills & Estates
• VIC: Corporate, Wills & Estates, Planning & Environment
• SA: Corporate, Property
• WA: All areas
• National: Lending/Finance

• Run your own matters with full autonomy and retain majority of your billings
• Access administrative, marketing, and business development support
• Flexible working arrangements – work remotely or from shared office facilities

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Lawyer with an established portable practice generating at least $300K annually
• Experienced in one or more of the focus practice areas (see above)
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Commercially astute with the ability to run matters autonomously
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing your practice further
• Enjoys flexibility and independence while valuing a collegiate peer network
• Strong communication skills and client service orientation
