About the role:

Step into a front-line role on complex, market-shaping transactions. You’ll work side-by-side with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers, gaining direct exposure to clients and decision-makers.

Your work will include:

  • Driving public and private M&A deals - from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
  • Coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions.
  • Leading the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, underwriting and subscription agreements, shareholder arrangements, and JV documentation.
  • Playing an integral role in deal strategy, execution, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3–8 years’ PAE in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or ECM.
  • Training from a leading national or international firm.
  • Strong academics, commercial acumen, and client focus.
  • Driven, collaborative, and ready to grow your career on a global stage.
