About your new employer:

About the role:

Run a broad mix of building defects and strata litigation matters from intake through to resolution.
Work across NCAT, District/Supreme Court pathways, mediations.
Draft and advise on claims/defences, evidence, expert briefs, subpoenas, settlements and enforcement steps.
Manage key stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.

The ideal candidate:

10+ years PQE and strong BE Construction / Strata Litigation experience.
Confident drafting, matter management and client communication skills.
Experience with NCAT strata/building matters and defect claims highly regarded.
Commercial mindset, calm under pressure, and comfortable taking ownership.
Team-first attitude and willingness to back yourself on files.
