About the role:

Deliver sharp, commercial advice across employment, IR and WHS
Run with a mix of advisory and disputes work, including workplace investigations
Support real-time safety risk management and incident response
Assist on regulatory matters, including WHS and Electrical Safety prosecutions
Draft and refine contracts, policies, procedures and compliance docs
Help manage Fair Work Commission and other tribunal matters
Turn legislation and case law into clear, practical recommendations
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, with exposure to BD

The ideal candidate:

Admitted to practice in Australia
Upwards of 2 years PQE in employment law and/or related litigation
WHS/workplace safety exposure is a plus (not a must)
Strong drafting and advocacy skills, and confident in a disputes environment
Sharp researcher with good systems discipline (document management systems experience ideal)
