About the role:

You’ll be hands-on from day one, working directly with clients and Partners on a broad mix of corporate matters. You’ll be involved in:

  • Public M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement).
  • Equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings).
  • Private M&A.
  • ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance.
  • Corporate governance and advisory matters.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to public M&A and/or equity capital markets
  • Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and transaction timelines.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
