About the role:

  • Work closely with senior practitioners, handling a range of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorce cases, property settlements, and parenting matters
  • Advise clients on complex financial arrangements, parenting plans, and dispute resolution, with opportunities to represent clients in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court
  • Benefit from a collaborative environment that fosters professional development, including exposure to high-profile, challenging matters
  • Enjoy a balanced caseload, with low billable hour targets and the flexibility to manage your own work schedule

The ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years of post-admission experience in family law, with a proven track record of managing a diverse caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters, including financial disputes and child custody cases
  • A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach and a strong desire to develop your career further in family law
  • Candidates with a genuine interest in work-life balance and flexibility will be highly regarded
