About the role:

Work closely with two Partners, and act for local and national clients, being involved in all aspects of litigation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on and managing banking litigation matters.
  • Run files (with appropriate supervision and guidance).
  • Maintaining direct client relationships.
  • Appearing in court and draft submissions.
  • Assisting with negotiations and preparing settlement/litigation documents.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in commercial disputes/litigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Practical, proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A team-focused approach and the confidence to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
