About the role:

• Join a respected Workers’ Compensation practice in Sydney.
• Handle statutory Workers’ Compensation matters from start to finish.
• Opportunity to broaden exposure across WID and related personal injury matters.
• Work directly under a well-regarded partner and receive hands-on mentoring.

The ideal candidate:

• 1-2 years’ post-admission experience in Workers’ Compensation.
• Defendant lawyers with a genuine interest in switching to plaintiff will also be considered.
• Academically strong, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication, client care, and file-management skills.
• Positive attitude and genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
