About the role:

You’ll work closely with solicitors and assist in keeping matters moving from start to finish. Your role will include:

  • Opening and managing files.
  • Preparing initial correspondence and onboarding clients.
  • Assisting with contracts for sale, letters, and standard property documentation.
  • Liaising with agents, brokers, banks, and clients to coordinate settlements.
  • Preparing and collating documents for exchange and settlement.
  • General practice support such as billing support, filing, and matter administration.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have least 2 years’ experience as a paralegal in property and commercial law matters.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • A client-first approach and professional phone manner.
