Associate, Senior Associates

About the role:

  • Advise private and public sector clients on complex environment and planning matters, including large-scale developments and regulatory approvals
  • Represent clients in VCAT, Planning Panels, and Supreme Court proceedings
  • Navigate complex approval processes and provide strategic guidance on planning and environmental compliance
  • Support a specialist legal team on high-impact projects across the property, renewables, and resource sectors

The ideal candidate:

  • Associate to Senior Associate (3+PQE in Environment and Planning Law)
  • Relevant law degree with good academics
  • Admission to practice and full working rights in Australia
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
