About the role:

You’ll sit at the intersection of investment funds, ETFs and financial services regulation, advising on:
Establishment and structuring of managed investment schemes, ETFs, REITs and private funds
Fund formation across asset classes (equities, private credit, infrastructure, real estate)
Financial services regulation (AFSL, DDO, disclosure, compliance frameworks)
Investment management, custody, administration and distribution arrangements
Cross-border fund launches and offshore manager entry into Australia
Regulatory strategy, governance and ongoing advisory for asset managers/platforms

The ideal candidate:
