About the role:

You’ll act on a broad range of recovery, enforcement, and commercial litigation matters involving banking and finance clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting documentation related to recovery and enforcement.
  • Managing litigation files and multiple workloads.
  • Attending court and undertaking advocacy work.
  • Conducting research and reviewing legislative updates.

The ideal candidate:

  • 1–3 years’ PQE with experience in Banking & Finance, Recovery, or Commercial Litigation.
  • Strong drafting, communication, and file management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing competing priorities and delivering pragmatic legal solutions.
